Slow Flow to Yoga Nidra

Thursdays at 7:00 pm at Vitara Hot Yoga Studio in Seabrook, NH

  • A calming, intentional practice that transitions from gentle, breath-led movement into deeply restorative stillness. Slow, mindful flow builds warmth and mobility before guiding you into Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to relax the nervous system and release tension. Infrared red or green light therapy may be incorporated (teacher’s choice). Expect a soothing, meditating experience that leaves you deeply rested and renewed.

  • Known as ‘yogic sleep,’ yoga nidra is performed lying down with minimal movement. Similar to guided meditation, Amanda will take you through a journey within – encouraging slower brain wave frequencies that foster deep rest and the body’s ability to heal and rejuvenate.

  • A gentle flow class that encourages you to slow down and listen to your own inner wisdom. Amanda blends techniques from yin, Kripalu, and restorative yoga to create a quiet flow class focused on going at your breath-pace, noticing what it’s like to be in your own body, and using awareness to heal and rejuvenate. All levels of experience – from beginner to advanced – can find something worthwhile in this class. 

Transformative Breathwork

  • Transformative breathwork is an immersive, guided practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded self-awareness. Drawing inspiration from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and Neurodynamic Breathwork, this approach blends mindful presence with dynamic breath techniques to access deeper layers of the body and mind. The experience is both grounding and expansive, offering a safe space for insight, integration, and personal transformation.

Thai Yoga Bodywork

Thai Yoga Bodywork is a therapeutic practice that blends assisted stretching, gentle pressure, and rhythmic movement to support relaxation and improved mobility. Rooted in traditional Thai healing and influenced by yoga, it is often described as “lazy yoga,” where the practitioner guides the recipient through stretches while they remain fully clothed and supported. The experience helps release tension, enhance energy flow, and create a sense of balance in both body and mind.
