Yoga Nidra - Live Online - Sundays 8:00 pm

Yoga Nidra is a guided, meditative practice that invites you into that space—where the body softens completely, and the mind becomes quiet, receptive, and clear. You remain gently aware as you are led through layers of relaxation, restoring the nervous system and creating room for ease.

This is not effortful.
There is nothing to achieve.
You simply lie down, listen, and allow yourself to be guided.

Over time, this practice can support:
– more restful sleep
– reduced stress and mental fatigue
– a steadier, more grounded presence

Each Sunday, we gather in a live online session to close the week with intention and begin the next from a place of rest.
