When our bodies are aligned, we become more alive. Embodied. We have more space for our purpose, more faculty over what we do with our lives.

People light up when they are fully aligned - physically, mentally, emotionally. It’s a privilege to be a part of the process of a person’s restoration when they tap down into their own innate knowing of deeper peace. It’s similar to when you look outside on a stormy night and it’s pitch black: a sudden flash of lightning illuminates the landscape. The lightbulb moment. That’s what I want for everyone.

I believe massage and structural integration help us to do that. We live in our bodies. We are stuck with them! And we can get stuck in them. Physical manipulation of the tissues eases pain yes, but pain is the byproduct. It helps us to physically let go and work through what we are holding on to.

About Amanda

Amanda is a Structural Integration practitioner whose work is rooted in a deep understanding of fascia, movement, and whole-body integration. She began her manual therapy training in Costa Rica in 2016, studying western massage techniques, myofascial and trigger point therapy, and therapeutics. Over time, her practice has evolved toward a more precise and integrative approach, helping clients reduce pain, restore balance, and move with greater ease.

Amanda is a graduate of Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) and is currently pursuing her Advanced Series certification, further refining her ability to assess and treat complex patterns within the body. She has expanded her training through Advanced Myofascial Techniques, where she is deepening her work in detailed fascial assessment, clinical reasoning, and hands-on treatment strategies. Amanda will begin assisting with Advanced Myofascial Techniques training programs in July and October, reflecting her ongoing commitment to both mastery and mentorship within the field.

Her work is further informed by extensive study in yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Amanda spent two years living and studying at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, where she participated in and assisted immersive programming, including the Energy Intensive. She has also completed a 300-hour training with Neurodynamic Breathwork, integrating breath as a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper embodiment.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on human studies and brings a clinically informed perspective shaped by her experience as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician. Her background also includes teaching, academic authorship on yoga in education, and instructing at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy.

A lifelong student and explorer, Amanda has traveled widely, with meaningful time spent in Southeast Asia, Central America, and beyond. Her recent return to Thailand deepened her appreciation for both the culture and the bodywork traditions that continue to influence her practice.

She now lives and works with a focus on Structural Integration, supporting clients through thoughtful, individualized care that bridges science, intuition, and lived experience.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

My practice is in Exeter, NH. My office is on the fourth floor of Blake’s Historical Hotel.

What to expect from me as a practitioner:

We change day to day. You may have booked a relaxation massage last week but now have lower back pain that you’d like me to focus on. Done! Perhaps you just need a relaxing hour with no distractions? Absolutely. I will tailor each session to your needs and we can communicate what they are prior to your session.

During Structural Sessions:
You can expect to see me fully focused on the dynamics of your body. I am detail-oriented and ‘moderately’ obsessed with my work. At some point the mad scientist who talks aloud will appear! This is all part of the process: I am deeply invested in helping you discover the patterning of your body and will delve into the project of guiding you toward your own embodiment. Let’s work together to find that magic.

How we can work together:

Structural Integration

Using techniques that access the deeper tissues in the body along with client movement, Structural Integration realigns the body with the intent to improve posture and relieve the chronic pain/tension that comes from holding ourselves in dysfunctional postural patterns.
